Front squats with a barbell were awkward. My wrist can't do the bent back Oly style hold, so I have to do the crossover bodybuilder style hold, and it's going to take some getting used to. Military presses and deadlifts felt great. Did one extra set of 5 swings with with double 64lb kettlebells 'cause I wanted to do a set with more pop.
