Re-thinking my goals coming up on 2012.
What I said before was (in order):
- I want to get the RKC Big Six movements mastered
- I want to hit my half bodyweight military press (RKC2 standard)
- I want more cardiovascular fitness
- I want to get the RKC2 skills down
- I want to add muscle to my arms and chest
What I realized is that I actually want this:
- I want to add muscle to my arms and chest
- I want to add muscle to my arms and chest
- I want to add muscle to my arms and chest
- I want to sort out my wrist pain with a hand therapist
- I want to even out the muscle imbalances left to right side
- I want to get the RKC Big Six movements mastered
- I want more cardiovascular fitness
And now I've honed it to:
- I want to add muscle to my arms and chest
- I want to sort out my wrist pain with a hand therapist (PT/OT CHT)
- I want to even out the muscle imbalances left to right side (FMS)
- I want to have a really great deadlift, squat, and military press
- I want some cardiovascular fitness
