Ok, so I've been working like a madman the last three weeks trying to finish this book, and I hate to admit the workouts have been backsliding hard.
Here is an update of what I've been (barely) working on:
Vision Drills:
Suppression:
Brock String: X's all the time. Rocking.
Vergence:
Lifesavers - Level 3 is tough, but I can do the first part of Level 3. Level's 1 and 2 I'm totally rocking.
Hand Eye Coordination:
Bat Balancing: Totally conquered this drill with my right hand. Now moving on to left hand and loading.
PT Update:
Physical Therapist told me that while my right glute is unbelievably strong, my left glute is unbelievably week. In other words, I'm probably cheating my swings and deadlifts and everything up with my right ass cheek.
So I've switched to single leg deadlifts, and I'm doing my Z-Health four way hip drills loaded. Once I get my left glute pulling it's share, then I'll try swings and deadlifts again.
Strength Training:
Single Leg Deadlifts 53lbs x 5L+5R, 5L+5R, 5L+5R
Single Leg Glute Bridge x 10L, 10L, 10L
Four Way Hip Drill: x 5's all directions, bodyweight loaded
Glute Medius: Side Lying Hip Abduction x 20, 20
Military Presses 70lbs x 1R, 1R
Military Presses 64lbs x 1L+1L
