Workout sucked. I did some 80lb one arm cleans this morning, and my elbow hasn't felt right since. Couldn't do pullups, and all of my cleans felt wrong. Hope I didn't strain soemthing. Pissed off.
Did a few squats instead. My knee is still making a loud snapping sound from ITB syndrom. Still really really pissed off.
I guess 70lb military presses x 5 was fine.
Stacked presses, as an assistance exercise, were fine.
