Gotta be honest. This whole bulking phase I felt like shit. Sick. Hurt. Tired. Ready for it to be over. Nothing went the way I planned.
Best laid plans of mice and men, y'all. I learned a lot - including that my ability to recover is severely compromised when sleep is diminished and stress is added. I'll do better next time.
