Ok, for sure not all of the workouts have been making it into the log lately. Just been busy.
Here is the theme: Lots of swings and snatches.
Think I un-sloppified my cleans. Almost back to instructor level!
Heavy swings (70lb kettlebell) some days, endurance swings (44lb kettlebell x 5:00 continuous) other days.
Working back into squats (knee seems ok!). In fact, at the risk of blowing myself, my squats look really fucking awesome. Especially for not having squat this year AT ALL.
Working back into presses (strength coming back fast).
Get ups suck. I can still only get up on my left side. Boo. Hope my wrist gets better some year.
