Ok, so everyone was talking about how hot Britney looked at the MTV Video Music Awards.
I covered this before - she only did one thing differently:
She cut out all of the crap food.
Specifically, she cut out alcohol and Venti Calorieatti's.
Those were Britney Spears' weaknesses.
Your weaknesses could be different. But you know what they are. You know where you are getting totally crap food empty calories.
You know, the kind of foods that have no nutritional value at all, and only serve one purpose - making people fat. You know, stuff like Deep Fried Twinkies.
The Challenge is This: Cut all of the crap food out for 21 days, and see how wicked hot you get in that short amount of time.
Back to Britney. Ok, so Britney Spears won three awards, and the whole world was talking about how hot she looked.
Britney was on the cover of three different magazines for getting her body back.
Only a year ago, at the 2007 VMAs, everyone was talking about how bad Britney looked. And before that, she couldn't even get into the VMAs.
We get Britney Spears one of two ways:
1.) Crazy, shaving her head, and flashing her crotch.
or
2.) Rockstar Hot and on top of her game.
It's pretty amazing when you think of the contrast.
I bring this up because a lot of people feel like they've got a long way to go to get to the body they want.
If Britney can make a comeback, you can too.
So if you haven't shaved your head or flashed your crotch for TMZ and Parez Hilton lately, you're ahead of the game.
Britney got her workouts together first.
But the workouts didn't get her all the way there. She had to cut out the crap food.
So if you're on top of your workouts, but you need to get the food together, this is your chance.
Get rid of all of the crap food that you know only makes you fat.
Get rid of the alcohol, sugar, fried crap, and empty calories.
It's only 14 days. You can totally do 21 days.
Structure: Keep Score
Keep a food log. Write everything down.
Review the food log at the end of the 21 days. Give yourself a grade in terms of what percentage of crap food you ate. In other words, if you ate good, real food 85% of the time and crap 15% of the time, that would be a "B".
It would be a good idea for you to review every 21 days and see what your grade is.
The higher your grade is, the faster you'll make your Britney Spears VMA Comeback.
And the faster, just like Britney, everyone will be talking about how good you look now.

Josh News: Getting Back into Kettlebell Shape
The new gym is AMAZING. Training for myself I have less busy work and I really just get to focus on training clients. It's amazing. I'm amazed at how happy I am just training clients and writing, and not having to deal with any of the corporate B.S. I am SO STOKED!
I'm back pressing the 52lb kettlebell in sets of five again. On a day that I do swings, I'm doing 100 swings (50L and 50R) with the 52lb kettlebell. I know, for a kettlebell instructor these are baseline numbers - but I'm so stoked to be back!
After being hurt last year, it's been a long road back to getting in shape. I really am getting that I make awesome progress when I'm healthy, and that actually my number one goal is to not get hurt. That's why I've been doing Z-heatlh stuff to clean up all of my movment (that's also what fixed the movement issues in my knee and elbow, and that's why I'm working out again).
