Awesome Workout Log Tool

It's basically Twitter for workouts.

You can post your workouts, join groups of people doing the same workouts (Like Stubborn 7 or Fighter Workouts), and get motivated.  It's awesome.

It's awesome.  And just like Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, StumbleUpon and all of my favorite other social networking tools, it's totally free.

Check it out:

And you can check me out:

and the groups:

The Fighter Workouts for Fat Loss Workout Group:

It's just a really fun tool that just came out today (was being bata tested last week), and I wanted to share it with you!

I'm all about creating workout communities, and I think it would be really amazing for everyone reading (all 4,121 of you) to be able to interact with each other and share workouts.

I also have mine connected to my Twitter account so that it updates Twitter when I post something at iSweat.

Also, question about groups: Would you prefer a seperate groups Fighter Workouts for Fat Loss for Women, and Fighter Workouts for Fat Loss for Men, or just one big Fighter Workouts for Fat Loss group?

My Mentors

  • The Landmark Forum
Remove all of the mental blocks in your fitness. Find out why "trying really hard" and "wanting it really bad" hasn't gotten you to the level of fitness you want. If you feel "stuck", this is how you get to the next level.
  • Z-Health Performance Solutions
Transform the way your body moves. Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan move so powerfully and so gracefully because their mind has a better "map" of their body. Z Health clears up where your body's map has fuzzy spots, and in turn you are stronger, faster, more powerful, and more graceful.
  • Alwyn Cosgrove
When trainers want to get better at training fat loss, they go to Alwyn Cosgrove. If you're a trainer you need to read everything Alwyn writes.
  • Pavel Tsatsouline
Pavel is the Russian Kettlebell Head Instructor. This is the school for strength and fitness like no other.
  • Dan John
Dan is a world class strength coach who simplifies strength and fitness in a powerful and unbelievable way. I had a breakthrough as a trainer when I heard him say "People think it takes hard work to produce high level athletes. It doesn't take hard work. Producing high level athletes takes play."
