Everyone is talking about how Britney is looking fit again.
And just a couple months ago US Magazine rated her one of the "worst beach bodies".

What changed?
Turns out I totally called it.
She was already working out with her trainer 5 days per week. It wasn't the workouts.
I said her trainer is going to have a hard conversation with her about food.
Now Britney's trainer is dropping some knowledge...
Do you know what it was that finally got Britney to turn the corner from worst beach body to rockstar body again?
No this isn't a picture of pregnant Britney starting to show. This picture is from just a couple months ago after she had all of her kids. She had already started working out, but wasn't quite getting the results she wanted.
Current Britney body... Brit's looking hot again! Britney got the food under control and she's leaning out fast.
Brit's trainer said:
Britney finally stopped drinking the 2000 calorie coffees and cut out alcohol!
That was it.
That was the whole deal.
If your workouts are on point, it's gotta be the food.
If you aren't keeping a food log, you aren't in the game.

Brit's not all the way back yet,but she's making really awsome progress. If she keeps up this rate of progress, she's only a few more months away from being completely rockstar-ed out "wow is that body really real" again.

Josh News: I went to Aspen with my wife!
If you've been following me on Twitter, you know that wife and I went to Aspen for our wedding anniversary.
We had a really kick ass time. We ate amazing dinners and did shots of Cabo Wabo Anejo. Actually, we had one of the most amazing dinners of our lives. It's cool when you stumble into the right resturaunt and it's totally an experience. Topped it off by hiking at Maroon Bells, which is one of our favorite places ever.
Shopping in Aspen. Ok so it was a little pretentious shopping there, but we still found some reasonable stuff. I had to get a little... stern when one of the places gave me attitude about exchanging a pair of pants that was the wrong size, 'cause it was on sale. I'm a pretty chill dude, but I wasn't having it. The manager was cool though, and I ended up swapping for a more expensive pair of pants anyhow.
Really awesome - My wife got me a new pair of Christian Audigier shoes, which are totally my favorite shoes ever. I don't wear spendy clothes most of the time, but Christian Audigier shoes make me feel like a rocktar, so it's totally worth splurging. Getting them as a gift from my wife is even better.
Also went to Lush, which has the best soap in the world. Literally. I really dig some good soap. When you think Josh Hillis, think: Kettlebells, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and soap.
Also, I totally dig local history, and we were stoked to stop by Independence, one of the dozens of mining ghost towns in Colorado. I'm totally fascinated by the whole gold/silver rush time period and what it was like for these people. If I had the heater on in the car in the middle of summer, what was it like braving the snowstorms on a horse?
