Happy New Year to you!

I just wanted to tell you about the great program that I found while channel surfing. "You are what you eat". Here in Maryland its channel 114 BBC America. They run back to back shows, which run a 1/2 a hour each. She has broken through with me on the right foods to eat. And how to lose the bads choices. She has all of her clients give her a poo and blood test for the lab. Yes, I said a poo! Then she sets out for the right diet for that person.

Check it out when you get a chance. It comes on 4pm-5pm on the East Coast. We have Comcast Cable here.

Yes I have seen lots of episodes of you are what you eat. The doctor offers some great advice for changing diets.


Hi, I was just wondering what a "circuit" is. I saw that you refer to them a lot but I've never heard of a workout circuit before.

I just lost 30 pounds by running 30-40 minutes 3-5 times per week. We are now entering a cold season so I can't run outside anymore. Since I don't have the time to go to the gym, I decided to put a extra work on muscle training and I am doing kickboxing work out with Shelly Mcdolnald's DVD workout. I am also doing 2 hours of artistic gymnastic per week.
I don't know why but I am eating a lot recently because I am always Hungry! And I gained about 5-8 pounds this past 2-3 months but I don't feel that I gained fat. My question is: Is it muscle or fat? and do you have any suggestions for me, any exercises plan that I can do at home without gaining weight?
